OUR RESERVATION POLICY
GUARANTEE
Your reservation will be garanteed by your credit card.
We do not charge anything from your credit card until your check-in in the hotel. We accept all major credit cards.
CHECK IN / OUT INFO
Check-in time : 13:00h Check-out time : 12:00h noon time
EXTRA CHARGES
Extra Adult : € 15.00 - Extra child age between 6-12 years old : € 10.00
Child under 6 years: Free of charge
Max.1 child per room. Any additional child will be charged as an adult.
CANCELATION POLICY
Cancellation can be done 48 hours before arrival in the hotel without any fee. If you are over the cancellation time the fee will be one night charge. For early check-outs please inform us at least 48 hours before the new check-out date in order to avoid 1 night penalty charge. Package Tours can be canceled until two weeks before your arrival without any fee. If you need to cancel later the fee will be the deposit. Please be advised that in the event of early check-out from the package no refunds will be due. Full charges will apply.
AIRPORT TRANSFER
We have free arrival airport transfer from the Ataturk Airport available for all clients if the reservation made directly with the hotel. If you book your room with the secure online form, please remember to add your flight informations.
